Very Alice Fundraising solutions

As a committee member of several small clubs, I recognise the challenges associated with fundraising through merchandise.

Pre order

Very Alice is a company specialising in the design, sourcing, and printing of bespoke apparel, ranging from t-shirts and hats to customised mugs.

As a small enterprise, I am able to personally assist you in conceptualising and producing merchandise tailored to your club's specific needs.

To initiate the process, message with your name, the name of your club, the desired timeline for receiving the merchandise, any existing design or logo concepts you may have, and specify whether you wish to order t-shirts or other apparel items.

There is no minimum order requirement, allowing you to place orders according to your needs. Coordinating orders with fellow members can reduce costs such as postage fees.

The challenge associated with pre-ordering lies in the difficulty of coordinating a group, as there will invariably be individuals who arrive late. An effective solution to this issue is the Very Alice Live Print DIY Kit.

Live Print DIY Kit

Very Alice has created a kit that enables a club to brand on demand, there and then!

With this kit a club can sell their logo (or t-shirt tatt see below) seperately to the apparrel it is transfered on. This is much more affordable for the buyer and simpler for the club.

The club buys this kit from Very Alice, with ready to transfer logos at say £1 each (varies depending on size). Then these can be sold at say £3-£5 each. The profit of which is kept by the club!

The club sells blank items seperately which is so much better for everyone as explained below...

A common challenge faced by many is the quest for garments that genuinely accommodate individual body shapes. It proves challenging to offer a diverse array of products designed to meet the varied needs of all members, ensuring that merchandise is accessible to everyone.

This innovative kit allows members to personalise their own clothing by having it officially branded. Personally, I favour sourcing my apparel from charity shops, as this practice not only promotes sustainability and benefits charitable organisations, but also reduces costs and permits me to try items before purchasing. I am eager to have my club's logo emblazoned on my clothing to demonstrate my loyalty and amplify its visibility.

Furthermore, …

With this kit Very Alice can lend a shop...

For those that don't have their own suitable garment for printing it is good to have a stock of blank items to sell. However this is again problematic for a club because buying in stock requires storage and risks capital.

As a business Very Alice has direct access to wholesalers. Very Alice can post a range of size, colour, style and type of blank apparell for you to sell.

Only pay for what you sell!

Return what you don't.

Also...

It is really fun to do!

Message me if you are interested in buying a Live Print DIY Kit.

The kit can be used at any club meet and used for t-shirt tatts at events and milestones, see below about t-shirt tatts!

T-shirt tatts

Been there, done that, but don't want yet another t-shirt...

Another problem faced by clubs is that one official t-shirt is probably enough for most people.

T-shirt tatts are small but bold images that commemorate an event or milestone.  They are affordable, collectable and create more opportiunity to raise funds.

Members t-shirts can advertise all the fun stuff your club does in one place.

My preferred printing technique is the Direct to Film (DTF) heat transfer method. This approach offers numerous advantages, one of which is the capacity to cut out and attach images to a wider range of materials.

The fibres of the fabric integrate seamlessly with the DTF transfer, thereby eliminating the necessity for hemming. An alternative method for affixing logos and images to garments involves heat pressing the DTF transfer onto the chosen material, followed by cutting and sewing. Creating another affordable commemorative object that can be sold to raise funds.
